Tom was born in Newark, England in 1957.   He grew up surrounded by the work of his father, a fine artist living and working in the East Midlands.   Having given up his first career in electronics, to focus on fine art, Tom now divides his painting time between the great outdoors and two studios.     The first is near his home in the Cotswolds and the other in Mousehole where he spends as much time as possible.
